Great experience to start your professional sales career in an extremely competitive industry, however the organization is struggling to adapt with the changing business world. Products and solutions are becoming obsolete, the field service organization is rapidly declining through attrition of employees, and supply chain issues are adding an entire new pile of work onto sales peoples plates (scheduling deliveries, tracking down supplies/parts, etc). In addition to all of this, the company has consolidated branches and markets causing internal politics to become a major issues. Legacy branches and markets are beefing up their legacy reps and setting up reps who they absorbed to fail. Leadership in certain markets is struggling greatly with "losing control" in todays world of remote work/flexibility/etc.
