My experience with Kustomer has been great. The goal that they set up for us are obtainable and they have a way to get you to the next level in your career. They are also very fair when it comes to quota attainment of different ways that you can get to or above 100%. There’s still lots of changes that are being made. I am confident that leadership will set us up for success.

Really for SMD and Mid-Market customers. They got bought by Meta, then divested back to a private company, had lots of turnover. They are trying but way better products out there.
