My role was none quota bearing. I was laid off just before my two year anniversary with the company. There have been layoffs every year since spinning off IBM.

This was immediately after the spin off from IBM. I heard the sales teams are still struggling.

Overall experience - lousy. First line mgt was good, everything else sucked. Kyndryl took the worst of IBM and make it their culture.

The promise of Kyndryl was that it was a large spinoff from IBM but would shed the bureaucracy but the opposite happened.
