I feel like Kyocera has a great product that is very reliable. I do feel that the base compensation is not adequate but the commission is good. I also feel that they need to improve their internal office technology ranging from their crm to their laptops, peripherals and office overall setup.

Overall good, ethical company with strong management principles. OTE, spiffs and general commission structure has continued to slide a bit in this industry and this company.
