Great company and great product market fit. Lots of growing pains i.e. layoffs (which impacted my role). I have a positive view of company and believe it's trending in a good direction.

While Thoropass excels in offering competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, it also truly excels in creating a very toxic work environment with little work life balance. Leadership does not take accountability and the only thing consistent is their lack of direction.

Another typical start-up that claims to be different, but is as toxic - and if not more - than the others. They also owe their AEs hundreds of thousands of dollars since the commissions earned were never paid out; something about not collecting the actual sums from agreed upon clients.
