I really enjoyed working there. Once they switched leadership in sales it became a very different company. Not bad but very different. Far more corporate but people still closing a lot of deals and making great money. I was consistently over 100% for my quarterly targets.

My overall experience here has been foundational and positive. Over the last 12 months there has been a tremendous amount of change that has left many of us feeling tired. The next 12 months will be informative of where the sales organization as a whole is headed.

My initial experience at Lattice was awesome, BUT it changed after our amazing CRO (Dini) and awesome VP of Sales (John) left. They were absolutely fantastic leaders. Under new leadership, Lattice moved into a culture of toxic positivity, focusing on manager success over career development.
