The churn and burn of reps is at an all-time high. It’s clear we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet. Promotional opportunities have dwindled and quota to PIP ratios are way off.

Lattice is a good fit for midmarket companies. The product is good and helps smaller organizations have the toolkit they need when they don’t have much redundancy.
