Don’t believe the increase in ratings you are seeing. Probably all requested by management to help them hire again. Check LinkedIn stats and see the tenure of reps there. Previous reps will be blamed on poor performance, however the reality is very different. The company goes through cycles every 6 months of firing and hiring. Stay away from this place

The organization started off strong, standing behind the values it expressed to the world then transitioned into turning a blind eye toward failures of management.
