Lots of qualified setups. Not a lot of closes. Company is trying to move upstream. A lot of great people, but it’s odd because there has been a ton of people get fired on the way. Very short leash for reps in closing roles and no path for lower sales roles to move up when it happens.

They will never promote an SDR to AE, and pay is substantially below market
