Leadr is an incredible place to learn sales, develop skills and be in a culture that truly values who you are and what you contribute. I've learned so much here and been given so many opportunities to grow and help build the team and the company. Pay at an early stage startup is NOT great and you have to see the value in learning and the skills you are developing, if you dont have vision past that you will leave for higher pay. Overall Leadr is the best place I've ever worked and would 100% join the team all over again
