Extremely sexist with manipulative and out right bullying, misogynistic work environment. Expect to be micromanaged, and the US in particular is forced to pick-up the slack for the EU office. Opportunities for growth are few and far in-between, unless you're one of the boys. This affects men as well, any one with a sense of decency is shunned. It is a not a positive or productive work environment. Stay away.

The top answer to this post from November 3rd, 2023 says it all. In addition to this, there are is a legitimate undercurrent of a mindset from the 1930's and 1940's that's being echoed for this German company. If you are of any minority, or a straight white guy with any semblance of what is appropriate, stay away.

Expect a high degree of micromanagement across the board, from your direct manager to the CRO, particularly within the enterprise sales sector. There's a constant search for reasons to fire someone. The CRO in particular prefers to focus on the decibel level of one's voice rather than the quality of their output, a clear case of "the loudest mouths get fed." Regular updates are a must for every enterprise deal on the forecast calls, and with deals taking anywhere from half a year to a full year to close, it makes for an extremely challenging sales culture that I rank as one of the least favorable I've experienced. Stay away!
