It was a pressure cooker where everyday was 'the most important day in the most important quarter in company history' and that gets tiring after several years. You aren't allowed to question decisions and feedback isn't sought from leadership.

Solid company with good pay and great benefits. Product is robust and somewhat confusing but very good. Targets were too high and a lot of the team were not hitting their goals.
