Former Employee Leadership lacks transparency, empathy, and problem-solving aptitude. Business development, sales engineering, partner network, and marketing show little cohesion, often forgetting our united goal: revenue generation. Focus is misplaced on optics and loud voices, not on equitability across territories.
Despite these issues, the company thrives in the EU, but struggles in the US due to a lack of market understanding. Weak brand recognition in the US hampers growth, with the LeanIX name not resonating as strongly as in Europe.
