~25% quota attainment is not a good sight and the leadership rating is extremely low. For those that work there - is this accurate?
More QuestionsHow is it for SDR's in the Americas? I've learned there's recently been new leadership and some restructuring going on. Is the company on the right direction or would I just be laid off after a few months because the company is bad or I didn't meet the high quota ?How often does the compensation plan at Leapwork get updated, and what criteria are used to define sales territories?
