How is it for SDR's in the Americas? I've learned there's recently been new leadership and some restructuring going on. Is the company on the right direction or would I just be laid off after a few months because the company is bad or I didn't meet the high quota ?

More Questions~25% quota attainment is not a good sight and the leadership rating is extremely low. For those that work there - is this accurate? How often does the compensation plan at Leapwork get updated, and what criteria are used to define sales territories?
