Overall the sales org as a whole is poorly ran. This comes from the top down. Leadership is very aggressive and a work/life balance means nothing to them. Product market fit is good but just a better mousetrap at the end of the day in a niche market. Look elsewhere if you can.

In general this organization helps you to learn valuable skills and enables you to perform at your best. The product does not meet the companies vision. It really is an average product in a competitive market.
