Former Employee3.4Aug 25, 2024Learning Pool is better than most remote SDR jobs out there. The tools were pretty good except for data which is horrible as of 2024. The managment was decent and there are some opportunities for upward mobility to AE or CSM role.

Legal Team will answer any question from anyone. And they give you all the tools you need to become a successful SDR. Unfortunately all of the credit goes to the AE. From the time i joined the company to 8 months later i went through 4 different managers and the final one has never had any managerial experiance. The sales leaders make rules up on the fly which effect your compensation, including never getting a comp plan for the first 6 months at the company. Leadership is all over the place...Read More
