Current Employee1.7Oct 20, 2025Lennar cut sales pay by almost 50% and put in bonus incentives that geared towards one person. The new VP/Sales said that sales made to much money and that we're only "order takers". The new VP is proof that one how one bad hire can destroy an entire market. I can't believe I'm still here. Ugh.
