Great environment with fantastic leadership and cutting edge solutions. The base pay is simply not good when compared to similar roles with the same responsibilities at other companies. What it lack in pay though it make up with security and peace of mind.

Lenovo’s leadership during Covid was impressive, but since then it has drastically declined. They also changed comp plans, so what I would have made last quarter with my % to goal was cut in half since 2021.
