Great products, but a terrible high pressure, "what have you done for me" mindset from all levels of leadership. Nothing is ever enough and you are just a disposable slave to run into the ground until burnout. Despicable silent layoffs in 2023 which ruined many good peoples lives.

Overall, Lenovo is a great company to work for. Tons of resources and management cares about your successes and struggles. Great teamwork and encouragement from peers. Solid compensation.

It is a great company to put on a resume but the growth opportunities are very low. Some people even argue that if you want to move up, you should go to another company and then come back to leverage more. However, I enjoyed my time there as the culture is nice to be around.
