LM treats their employees extremely well in almost all ways. The job is a grind though, and the compensation is designed in a way that everyone mostly makes the same amount, which makes it very difficult, almost impossible, to truly capitalize on. I also think that the base pay hasn't kept up with the times, so to speak.

Low base salary but can make good commissions. Good training and a good starting spot for getting introduced to insurance and good benefits

They are up and down all the time. But goals increase month over month, and they put the best sales agents together and say because you performed well, the target is raised so we make less money. That’s my only real complaint.
