They have probably the best base pay in the insurance industry but the way the can cap your earning potential month over month by changing the types of insurance they are accepting, the leads that are coming through, or even raising the goal by 20 sales is frustrating. I operate consistently and would like to be paid consistently as well. (I can go from taking home 9k one month to 3k the next) it really plays a toll on your mental, especially when you know the company is doing better and better every quarter as they share their financial results with us.

Overall it’s a good company to work for to break into sales. The earning potential has a small ceiling though.

They are up and down all the time. But goals increase month over month, and they put the best sales agents together and say because you performed well, the target is raised so we make less money. That’s my only real complaint.
