They are up and down all the time. But goals increase month over month, and they put the best sales agents together and say because you performed well, the target is raised so we make less money. That’s my only real complaint.

They have probably the best base pay in the insurance industry but the way the can cap your earning potential month over month by changing the types of insurance they are accepting, the leads that are coming through, or even raising the goal by 20 sales is frustrating. They're masking low bonus/commission payouts as "sales excellence" and sticking customers with higher coverages and benefits the customers don't need to line the pockets of the top execs as usual price points don't pay agents any different.
