Good health benefits, decent pay for "entry level". They promise the world within the insurance industry "$200k/yr". However it is heavily based on the industry and the housing market. Top performers get compensated very well, no doubt. But you must be either EXTREMELY into networking and want to do insurance long term. Otherwise you will not enjoy it here. Management says they want to help make your job easier, but there is not a whole lot they can help with. Not much development or growth other than just becoming a Sales rep after being a SDR.

They have probably the best base pay in the insurance industry but the way the can cap your earning potential month over month by changing the types of insurance they are accepting, the leads that are coming through, or even raising the goal by 20 sales is frustrating.
