They're masking low bonus/commission payouts as "sales excellence" and sticking customers with higher coverages and benefits the customers don't need to line the pockets of the top execs as usual price points don't pay agents any different.

Overall it’s a good company to work for to break into sales. The earning potential has a small ceiling though.

They are up and down all the time. But goals increase month over month, and they put the best sales agents together and say because you performed well, the target is raised so we make less money. That’s my only real complaint.

Low base salary but can make good commissions. Good training and a good starting spot for getting introduced to insurance and good benefits
