Things are constantly changing to save costs for the company but reduce pay for employees (i.e. Targets increasing, constant hiring leading to less leads, etc.). Hiring spree over the last few months has led to the majority of the team not hitting target and being on PIPs.

Current Employee3.4Jan 14, 2025Great team to work with. Lower base and overall compensation package than most tech companies today. Longer hours than most companies. Everyone is super helpful but can be competitive. Collaboration among different teams needs some improving.
