Lower compensation compared to industry average. Things are constantly changing to save costs for the company but reduce pay for employees (i.e. Targets increasing, constant hiring leading to less leads, etc.). Hiring spree over the last few months has led to the majority of the team not hitting target and being on PIPs.

The company is ripe for growth having positive ebita and with that they are trying to expand in a new way that they haven’t tried before as a rep so far no one is hitting their quota or getting close to it
