Current Employee This place is horrible. The employees are miserable, the culture is morbid, morale is low. Middle managers will gaslight you, you will be forced out if you’re not one of their shining stars. The SD org is toxic, there’s no actual sales enablement when you first start. You will be talked down to all day by everyone above you, you will spend your days doing mind numbing admin work and arguing with the outsourced DA team, your leads will be taken by vendors. Tell your manager any of this and you’re looked at as insubordinate. You will be denied any promotion and made to believe you’re not a good fit, then LinkedIn will turn around and make an irrelevant external hire. It’s not a good place to work and everyone in sales would agree, even if they don’t say it.
