Former Employee In the Sales Solutions business so selling Sales Navigator. Would maybe 1 good inbound in a year otherwise entirely self sourced. SDR team more or less worthless so very much on your own there. Some great people in leadership but mostly under qualified people who were very bad reps but good at politics and now dole out terrible advice. Leadership overly focused on giving reps busy work to cover their own backside when the team underperforms so they can PIP their problems away without addressing actual problems. Usually there would be 1 or 2 reps on each team hitting but performances were generally pretty bleak. No better on the AD side of things. Browse Other Reviews
