I have been at LinkedIn for a long time now (nearly a decade) and the company has drastically changed since then, especially since RR became CEO. It definitely feels toxic working there and the amount of stress we are under is very high with no increase in pay. Constant churnover which makes reps always having to do temp coverage as well.

Leadership in Sales Solutions is embarrassingly bad. Manager of the AE Mid-Maket team in New York has been in role for 3 years.
