Current Employee It is absolutely on a fast downward trend. Good people are leaving voluntarily and the others are being pushed out. Terrible how negative the culture has been. Nothing but constant gaslighting and toxic positivity. I am actively looking because it doesnt seem like anything is actually getting tangibly better.
