Great coworkers but almost no training and development. We just put in our first sales methodology a few months back and we’ve been around for years. Leadership mostly relies on brand recognition and not sales skills.

I previously worked at LSS, and based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this organization. The sales leadership was some of the WORST I’ve encountered, and the internal systems were inefficient (you'll spend most of your day logging tickets). Still a good place to work for, however, management is overreacting to current crisis, demand for solutions decrease and it is harder to hit. Sill recommended, especially compared to many other companies.

Good work life-balance, products with basically a monopoly in the market, but ironically (for being a job platform) there is no focus on internal mobility and the best way to get promoted is to leave the company and come back when you have gained experience elsewhere.
