The company has limited room for upward mobility, unless you are actively involved in ERGs and "drink the cool-aid" - crushing your number and making money for the company aren;t the most important thing to sales leadership any longer. The amount of red tape and compliance and legal and deal desk people that have to touch/sign off on any creative deals is unbelievable and such a easte of time it's not even worth bringing them forward. Kush job with limited ceiling for comp if you are an A player...

Great coworkers but almost no training and development. We just put in our first sales methodology a few months back and we’ve been around for years. Leadership mostly relies on brand recognition and not sales skills.

Culture is good and incredible benefits. Base and OTE are lower compared to other companies but when market is good lots of people can over perform and make great money. Incredibly hard to work up the ladder, have to consistently be a top performer and have different leverage.
