Former Employee2.4Nov 12, 2023They over hired a bunch of people and didn't have leads for them. Almost no one was hitting quota and the good leads were going to the people who had been there the longest and worked in the local office. Mass exodus of people left.

The overall customer and patient experience market is strong, but without clear differentiation, you fall behind. LP rested on their strong history for too long, and by the time they realized they were behind, not evolving, it was too late.
