Inbound lead flow is non-existent. You are your own army to get to your quota. BDRs and Marketing are supposed to get you 67% of your pipeline. They've generated 10% of my pipeline. One legit opportunity in almost a year.

Overall experience was lackluster. You make your quota here by upselling current accounts. Top reps are just reps who had one great account that kept expanding
