The stress of managing hundreds of customers that were sold to, long working hours to not fall below company expectations.. and a general culture of fear…. Goto is NOT a good place to be for any Account Executive at ANY level.

You used to be able to make a lot of money here but they changed the comp structure. SMBs used to have 150k OTE now its like 95k. Aside from that the leadership is amazing. Many years of service. They don’t care. No culture. No sales incentives. Hurting financially. Took all spiffs away and made it nearly impossible to hit PClub. You’re not a person here. You’re a number.
