Too many changes going on with upper leadership and false promises with internal rewards. Major dysfunction between Support and Sales and too many people on one team. Virtually everyone got laid off from the Sales Team.

A lot of corporate changes, mergers and selling off departments makes it a tricky beast to work for. I believe that is now all over and done with.

Overall the experience has been ok, there are definitely places where GoTo can improve the employee experience. Sales needs to have clear motivation and path to excel and GoTo does not provide that.
