Former Employee Place has very little direction. I received no training or development and didn't even see the product/platform until nearly 4 months in.
Reps are thrown into the deep end with accounts, without any sort of direction or priority. Meetings on meetings on meetings. Often you will look at someone's calendar only to find they have 2-3 "weekly check-in" meetings overlapping and no one attends any of them.
Their platform is substantially more expensive than competitors with about 2/3rds of the features.
