Its a retail sales job, everything is corporatized, meaning you get very minimal coms if any, and the corporation keeps everything, the base is very low as well

My overall experience was good. I made the best out of the experience. I wish there was more support from leadership. A lot of the sales experience was self-taught. I found that many leaders talked about sales but were inexperienced at sales themselves. As I excelled, expectations built, and I was in essence training leaders to do their job as well as mine.
