The economy has made it harder to sell which has made lucid leadership hyper focus on what each individual rep is doing there is less autonomy and no real plan in place to help us reach our goals

The economy is tough and our product is not a need to have so lots of reps have struggled and it seems like the sales org is bloated.

Under market base/OTE salaries in EMEA, progression potential overall relatively poor salary wise too. Though, great product and fun team to work with. Transparent leadership and enough incentives. Perfect for more Junior AE/AM positions to progress career, not so much to become a Senior if you have 5+ experience. AOV in Enterprise far under market rate too.

Lots of room for growth and need to put more processes in for new people. New managers are making huge progress with this. There has definitely been a huge shift in the right direction this year
