Current Employee2.4Mar 26, 2025Lucid is not getting much better. The carrot on a stick of a potential exit is constantly there and pressure is ever strengthening. Every end of month feels like end of quarter and every end of quarter feels like end of year. Upper leadership cant figure out how best to motivate, so they instill fear and constant pressure.
