Lucid was a really good place to be a sales rep and then it struggled for a while, not different than virtually all tech companies. They have made a lot of necessary changes to make it good again. Brian, the SMB Director, is fantastic and has the SMB org nearly every quarter as the best org at the company. Upper leadership has taken responsibility and made changes to help, and they've earned the reps respect. Lucid is once again a good sales org to work in.
