Culture and work life balance is what kept me there so long. The product was declining and teams were missing their numbers. They compensated with spiffs but having 10% of your salesforce hitting quota is not inspiring

Terrific culture and product market fit. For whatever reason quotas still seem high after many didn’t hit last year and the outlook again for this year looks bleak. That being said the leadership and culture are great. I expect them to figure out a way for more reps to hit quota.
