Constant change keeps reps unable to build steady relationships with new prospects, as the average length of a sales cycle is generally very long. these changes are made without the reps feedback. There is a lack of structure and direction that is obvious to most employees. Changes that are made are typically not changes that solve any of the apparent issues.

Not terrible, but not great. There are lots of good people, but internal changes/lack of support for clients/billing issues make selling more difficult.
