All they care about is acquiring new companies but once they are acquired have no plan to successfully integrate them into MRI. Software support is horrible and doesnt answer phone calls or return emails. Everything falls onto the AE and no matter how many times you ask for help, you will not receive it.

Current Employee4.4Jan 16, 2024MRI is a great company to work for. Though they are large, it has a small feel in ways. Base comp is decent however in my vertical (MRI has hundreds of products and partners) the OTC was far off my actual even hitting 100%
