Scaling startup finding it's stride. There are some growing pains but the great team and leadership present a wonderful opportunity. Onboarding and enablement efforts are some of the best I've seen. Benefits and pay structure could be better but I'm looking forward to growing with the company.

Less and less people are hitting quota. AE's aren't converting opps nearly as much as they used to because close rates are starting to be looked at more closely. Company is behind targets as a whole and upper level leadership is starting to get very micromanagey. Not the same company that it was a year ago.

Overall MaintainX is a wonderful company to work for. While MaintainX is more established than it was when I first joined. there is still a hustle start up culture. We are pushing for lofty goals currently and there is a massive push to meet those goals in the sales Org.
