A rare case of people still able to hit OTE if not hit quota. Management has put spiffs and kickers in place to boost earning power. Possible to hit 70-80% of your number but still come pretty close to OTE.

MaintainX Is working very hard to hit $100m in sales. The culture has of course changed because of this lofty goal. Internal promotions have become more difficult and are more focused on outside hires for leadership and senior sales rolls. The pay is fair and the accelerators are nice.

Pretty incredible PMF and post-sales teams. However attainment is on the rise - it still seems to be an area that can approved slightly on the new logo front.
