They approach problem solving by assigning blame and applying bandaids. SDR teams need leadership with the relevant skills, not micromanagers with no sales skills. Current Employee2.6Jul 18, 2024Training is so fragmented and once you finish the required training there is no leadership for the bdr team outside from marketing leadership with little to no sales experience. They have not had leadership since fall 2023 with no indication of any progress made on the hiring process for an bdr team manager.
