Former Employee The CEO, to his credit, was a sharp and compelling leader — a lighthouse in a fog of mediocrity. Unfortunately, even he was not immune to catastrophic lapses in judgment. Chief among them: entrusting the company’s go-to-market future to an inept and profoundly uninspired CRO whose greatest talent seemed to be mastering the art of avoidance. Recently shown the door, his departure was less a surprise than a long-overdue mercy killing. As for the SVP of Sales — a man seemingly plucked from obscurity for his ability to confuse volume with strategy — he navigated leadership like a blindfolded tourist with a broken compass. His charisma could be bottled and sold as a sedative but I am told he is gone now as well. Not sure about current leadership but hopefully Scullion noticed the duds he hired and corrected his path.
There may be a new team there now.
