I felt like the team was a tight-knit Manchester crew and you had to be a football fan and of Western/Nordic origin to fit in, also lots of politics in the background. Fair amount of restructuring in the past year has hurt the reputation but the transition to enterprise focus was the right one and now people are properly spaced and pipelines are filling up. There’s also been a significant emphasis on development for reps recently
